These terms apply to bookings made with Shourya Tours & Travels through this website, phone or WhatsApp. Specific fares and conditions are shared with each quote and booking confirmation.

Bookings and quotes

A booking is confirmed only after we share a confirmation by phone, WhatsApp or SMS. Quotes are based on the trip details you provide; changes to route, days or vehicle may change the fare.

Fare, tolls and extras

Unless stated in your quote, toll charges, parking fees, state entry permits/taxes and driver night allowance are payable extra. Extra kilometres or hours beyond the package are charged as per the rates mentioned in your quote.

Advance and payment

An advance may be required to confirm outstation and tour bookings. The balance is payable as agreed at the time of booking.

Cancellation

Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellation charges, if any, will be as communicated at the time of booking.

Passenger responsibilities

• Seating must not exceed the vehicle’s permitted capacity.
• Smoking, alcohol and illegal items are not allowed in the vehicle.
• Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may be charged.

Driver and route

For safety, drivers may decline to drive beyond reasonable hours, over unsafe roads, or above legal speed limits. Night driving on long trips may include rest breaks.

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, breakdowns or other events beyond our control, but will do our best to arrange an alternative where possible.
